Accelerate your new leader's onboarding experience by having the new leader and their team participate in a 'New Leader Assimilation' session. This session can be facilitated face-to-face or virtual using your meeting technology tools. The 'New Leader Assimilation' session helps the team get to know their new leader and for the new leader to know the team by having them share and discuss a series of six questions.
